Our client is a reputable financial institution with global footprints.

This position is based in Singapore with compliance responsibility for the FICC business, including Fixed Income, FX and Rates, Credit Trading, Commodity, Structuring Products, Principal Investment, and Structuring Finance. You will provide compliance advisory, review new business and infrastructure initiatives, bring best practices, review compliance policies and procedures, filing of regulatory reports, compliance analyses, investigations, self-assessment, and training on regulatory requirements. You will undertake market supervision activity and trade surveillance of fixed income products.

To succeed in this role, you have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law, Accounting, or related discipline. You have a minimum of 8+ years of compliance experience in the financial market and products. Familiar with MAS rules and understanding of the global regulatory framework and compliance issues. You should have sound judgment in identifying risks, strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a good team player.
