Sales Manager, Lgs

The purpose of this role is to propel profitable growth of electronics specialty gases (ESG) revenue for LGS by developing new customer accounts and product sales as well as to increase sales with existing customers.
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Develop strategies adapted to changing market conditions to grow the ESG revenue and profit for country.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Prepare business proposals and negotiate with key stakeholders for new products.
- Identify and connect with key decision makers (initiator, influencer, decider, user) within a customer organization from commercial and technical perspective.
- Monitor competitor - understand local & regional competitor strengths and weaknesses (market share, cost positions, etc.), and expected/typical behavior.
- Manage ESG products responsibility to ensure all local, state and national regulations are complied with.
- Assist in coordinating product, process or engineering changes, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material flow.
**Requirements**:
- Strong execution skills, motivational, and partnership building skills and self-driven
- Strong communications skills (effective presentations at all levels, negotiation, problem solving).
- Customer relationship building skills.
- Good ESG product knowledge on hazard classifications, chemical properties and compatibilities.
- Business or Technical degree/training preferred with minimum 5-8 years experience in electronic gases. Experience in equipment business (for wafer fab manufacturing, gas related) will be an added advantage.
- Financial skills with strong analytical approach.
- Language Skills - Fluent in both written and spoken English, so as to be able to communicate with customers
- Able to travel and possess driving license.
