We are seeking a motivated and result‐driven member to join our LG SG Chiller Business team. Overview of Responsibilities 1. Dealing with HVAC/ACMV contractors, consultants, and users for quotation to achieve sales revenue. 2. Driving sales growth of LG chillers (water‐cooled, air‐cooled, etc.)3. Building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and users for project follow‐up. 4. Report weekly sales, project pipelines, PSI (Inventory). 5. Conduct NPI to new prospects. 6. Not limited to main task but company target growth into vertical sector, likes, data center solution, etc. Key Responsibilities Contact main contractors & project dealers for constant follow up from quotation to sales conversion. Develop key HVAC contractors to meet assigned sales target. Prudent AR collection within specific credit limit & days. Cover main contractor to ensure submission of LG brand in tender. Generate sales and maintain growth for company. Manage distributor/partner, direct customers by time‐to‐time communication and meeting when required. Introduce new technological dimensions to partners to elevate sales. Arrange technical and sales training to partners. Prepare reports in multiple segments for smooth operation. Maintain documentation and result tracking and plan & execute marketing activity. Monitor after sales related activity. Attend weekly PSI meeting to update and forecast equipment ordering for confirmed projects. Foresight to forecast based on quotation pattern for stocks & project. Understanding of incoterms, work alongside with demand planning, supply chain management, headquarter and factory team until equipment delivered to site. Education Level and Relevant Experience Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent. Min. 2 – 5 years of HVAC / Chiller sales experience in Singapore market (preferred). Other Requirements Proven track record in handling consultants, contractors and project sales. Self‐motivated, result‐driven, organized, and proactive and likes to work in cross‐cultural team. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
