**CLIENT SUMMARY**
**Our client is an established market leader delivering service for many top brands in the world and relentless drive to utilize the latest in cloud-based technology and artificial intelligence.**
They are seeking a Regional Sales Director ASEAN who has strong business acumen and leadership qualities, He will lead GTM strategy for ASEAN market further expanding and strengthening its current market position there. Main scope will embrace leading a sales team and empowering it in building a strong proposition for Client’s customers to be successful, innovative and achieve their business objectives in the best and most effective manner. To achieve this goal the Director will directly manage a combined sales and account management function as well as providing local direction to the global functions located in such as marketing, pre-sales, and delivery.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Defining effective sales strategy for the complete variety of products and services portfolio of Client including SAP, Workday and global payroll services. For that purpose, the Sales Director will work closely with international sales leadership team, to ensure growth and synergy effect for combined products and services offering.
- Guaranteeing the sales execution to a profitable and sustainable growth and a market share increase
- Identify, develop, and articulate the compelling value proposition to prospective customers and current end users.
- Build a top performing highly motivated team focused on sustainable growth, excellence in execution, customer centricity, accuracy, sense of urgency, planning and structure.
- Fostering and influencing a winning and accountable culture based on planning, structured approach, metrics and analytics, follow-up, business outcomes and consultative approaches, proactivity, and collaboration (internal teams, international teams, partners)
- Collaborate and build partnerships within client ecosystem to drive the agreed strategy, ensure consensus with the go to market and sales strategy overall.
- Create a trustful and respectful environment within the immediate team and the extended one. Be a collaborative member of the management team.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Extensive Enterprise level sales leadership experience across ASEAN region within the HCM/ ERP sector
- Proven capability to define the go to market strategy within Asia.
- Proven experience in leading within a matrix organisation.
- Several years of sales / business development experience in IT/ERP sector
- Local market network and knowledge preferably within the HCM space
- Experience in running complex sales processes and working with large international companies.
- Proven selling (mainly in solution selling), influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement market growth strategies.
