**RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
1) To perform routine laboratory analytical works for certification of samples from vessels, shore tanks, ISO/road tankers, drums, dispersant unit and Lubrizol customers, convey results of analysis/tests, including any production non-conformance identified, to process owners.

2) To conduct special or non-routine analytical works as and when directed by Q.A. Manager or Q.A. Chemist.

3) Carry-out standardization of laboratory reagents and materials, calibration of analytical instruments and preparation of various standards for test.

4) Ensure all safety and hygiene standards and practices in the Q.A. laboratory are adhered to.

5) Carry out 5S activities, housekeeping and maintain cleanliness in the Q.A. laboratory.

6) Evaluate analytical methods and procedures to determine how they might be improved.

7) Report work activities quality equipment breakdown, etc. to Q.A. Chemist.

8) To follow and carry out the requirements as specified in the Lubrizol Management system.

9) Management of samples in the sample storage room
