**Working Hours**:

- **Mon-Fri**: 8am-5pm
- **Sat**: 8am-12pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out daily hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of food hygiene safety in practice.
- Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.
- Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records.
- Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to companies and governments' regulatory standards.
- Assist in monitoring production processes to maintain quality control and food safety guidelines.
- Assist in customers' feedback and discuss with relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required.
- Assist in internal/ external regulatory audits.
- Assist with maintaining quality documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Ensure sanitation practices and pest control system are in place at all times.
- Work closely with production staffs to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- **SINGAPOREANS ONLY**:

- Applicant must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology.
- Min. 1-2 years of experience as a QA/ QC role in Food Manufacturing industry would be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking production staffs and associates).

Pay: Up to $2,600.00 per month
