Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, regulations, equipment specifications, the Quality Management System (QMS), and the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
  • Lead the company's overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions and programmes.
  • Ensure full compliance with contractual QA/QC requirements in accordance with project specifications.
  • Serve as the main liaison with external certifying bodies for all ISO quality-related certifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet design parameters, technical requirements, and BCA Good Industry Practice guidelines.
  • Supervise and manage all visual inspections and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) procedures, including those performed by third-party subcontractors.
  • Monitor corrective actions and process improvements, ensuring proper defect rectification by subcontractor teams across all trades.
  • Develop and implement effective QA/QC plans, prepare accurate reports, and assist with QM submissions.
  • Manage testing and inspection requirements as stipulated in project contracts.
  • Oversee corrective actions and ensure timely and proper follow-up on their implementation.
