**Job Position**:Fragrance Development Manager

Collaborate on Fragrance Development projects for all categories in ASEAN countries. Evaluate and identifying winning fragrances on client’s briefs with the help of the evaluator team.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Developing category plans, in partnership with internal customers/stakeholders so as to ensure that fragrance strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Assist to develop, in collaboration with perfumers, fragrances/technology solutions and verify the technical performance.
- Conduct trend research, market analysis and consumer preference on consumer products in ASEAN region.
- Ensure Fragrance Library is up to date and efficiently promoted in the region.
- Win business by managing pro-active and reactive development of fragrance to answer client's briefs
- Support Sales effort (presentations & brand servicing)
- Gains, defends, and revitalizes business by developing olfactive vision for brands/category (usually at local or regional level) and generating fragrance solutions
- Fragrance development evaluation and collection build up
- Solid partner of perfumer, guiding them in their developments
- Participates regularly to experts panels across categories
- Recommends submission adapted to brief parameters
- Detects Olfactive trends and needs for category (Marketing insight) and turns them into concrete fragrance solutions
- Leads pro-active initiatives
- Improves efficiency and generates sales by using and promoting successfully collection
- Leads international key projects and pro-active initiatives

**Required Skills**:

- Min Diploma in Chemistry/Business Management/Marketing skills relative to fragrance
- Good understanding of fragrance for Asian Markets and worldwide trends
- Possess excellent management and administrative abilities with proficient skills in executing fragrance evaluation processes
- Have a creative personality and should be able to develop new and unique fragrances using his expertise and knowledge in this field
- Possess great skills to exhibit proficient communication skills
- Be a self-starter and independent worker with an ability to work under pressure

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous professional experience in Fragrance Development in a Fragrance House
- Studies related with Fragrances will be extremely valuated

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
