Singapore PHARMAGEND GLOBAL MEDICAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Manage all procurement activities related to buying of pharmaceuticals ingredients and packing components in accordance with Company requirements and industry compliance.
- Ensure all purchased materials are delivered on time and of right quantity.
- Support capital projects with budget more than US$10-20 millions in procurement of machineries and related engineering services.
- Maintain the purchase order system to promote effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct Request For Quotation (RFQ) and work with relevant department on final vendor selection
- Support the management of a network of approved suppliers across different countries.
- Identify and develop purchasing strategies to meet internal stakeholders and external customers’ requirements.
- Record and present weekly / monthly data related to sourcing and supplier issues.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Buying experience in highly regulated Pharmaceutical/life science industry.
- Proven negotiation skills with local and overseas suppliers
- A good team player with positive learning attitude.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum Diploma Education in Business / Engineering / Life Sciences or relevant disciplines
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
- With 3-5 years of procurement experience in Pharmaceutical or related industries.
