Sales Executive(Construction)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell a wide range of tile products (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, etc.) to customers in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and contractors.
- Provide product recommendations and guidance to clients based on their project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotes to customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in construction, interior design, or building materials).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and offer customized solutions.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
