Singapore BATA SHOE (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED Full time

Handle full set of export shipping documentation such as invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading/, TT remittance/Letter of Credit
- Coordinate with China office on ordering and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers as and when required
- Check and ensure margins are correct
- Follow up on price difference and missing orders to ensure accuracy
- Compile monthly reports on quantity and sales amount to the Accounts department
- Handle Franchisee Export from Singapore to Franchisee country
- Consolidate order booking from supplier in SEA countries and arrange importation into Singapore
- Manage the in-house system to arrange freight forwarder on shipment bookings, follow up by handling full set of shipping documents (Invoice/ Packing List/ B/L/ Export Permit) to warehouse and to respective franchise countries

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience in Franchise, E-Commerce/Shipping company is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in shipping terms and documentation would be preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with all department internally and externally
