We are a boutique vet clinic in the East of Singapore. We are looking for a bubbly customer service officer who loves animals and has good people skills. No experience in the vet industry? We are looking for the right person and will invest in training you for your role.

**Job Description**:

- Building relationship with clients
- Answering phone enquires
- Assist the medical team in doing patient follow ups
- Managing reception area
- Resolve customer’s complaint/feedback through excellent service recovery, promoting customer satisfaction.
- Ensure front areas are well maintained at all times
- Interact with our patients and ensure that they are comfortable and as stress free as possible.
- Weighing of patients as they come in for consultations

Job requirements
- Must love animals
- Highly independent, organised and responsible
- Reliable team player with common sense
- Takes pride in providing excellent customer service
- Positive attitude with a pleasant personality
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Meticulous on details
- Able to multi-task
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Will require some weekend work
- Need to have good English and proficient Mandarin. Other spoken languages will be an advantage.
