As a Quality & Deployment Consultant you will be ensuring the needs of the business are met. Working with internal or external stakeholders to define what is needed from the platform to push industry leading technologies even further. You will review processes and platform functionality as one solution. This role is vital to our growing capabilities between external data sources and overseeing the deployment of industry first solutions.

The Quality and Deployment consultant is in charge on ensuring the implementation organisation is fully equipped to implement with a high degree of satisfaction the products or solutions that the company is proposing to the market. It will require to work closely with other departments around the business to ensure the readiness of the solutions that are required to be implemented, such as: Connectivity, Earned Wage Access, and other platform functionality.

Preparing the entry of innovative solutions to the implementation teams will also require deploying the appropriate processes, documentation, and training prior the exposure of such solutions to customers.

Daily duties and main responsibilities:

- Control readiness of solutions (testing, documentation, training,) prior the commitment to get hem implemented by the implementation team.
- Represent the implementation team on the design and development of any new initiative within CloudPay.
- Ensure customer experience is outstanding, by conducting surveys, identifying areas of improvement, create quality plans and work with the process design team in order to get the initiatives in place.
- Work closely with the Process Improvement Team to continuously improve the delivery of new solutions to the internal team and to our customers.
- Work closely with the Product & L&D teams around new functionality releases to ensure the required materials/documentation and training are available and delivered ahead of product launches to ensure timely readiness to deliver this to our customers.
- Project Manage the rollout of new products across the user base

- Satisfaction of the CloudPay Implementation team
- Speed of delivery to the market
- Improvement of delivery / readiness process to internal teams and the customers
- Completion of project plans in a timely manner
