IT Store Management

Track and manage IT deliveries moving in and out

Maintain, document and manage all IT hardware (laptop/desktop/corporate phone) and accessories deliveries and movement in IT Store.

Provide support to team’s withdrawals and replenishing of IT equipment and accessories from IT Store (accessories such as headset, dock, keyboard, mouse etc) for user deployment.

Update inventory daily and maintain accurate stock levels.

Shopping cart

Publishing of IT equipment and accessories items and details into system so that it can be made available for user to procure.

c.

New Joiner onboarding hardware (laptop / desktop) deployment

Identify new joiners from HR mailing list

Prepare and issue hardware before or on the new joiner first day of work

Monitor and track the hardware progress to ensure is issued on time

d.

Hardware/Mobile Requests submission to the system

Handle, process and validate the requests on T Day

Alert and notify the teams to prepare and deploy the hardware/mobile within given time

Close the requests

Assist the team to collect/issue corporate phone at IT Service Concierge

e.

New Software/Software transfer requests (licensed software)

Handle, process and validate the requests on T Day

to pick up software and software transfer request submitted in system and install in user’s machine within given time

Close the requests

f.

Account and Access provisioning

Document, track and renew where necessary all Engineers accesses such as building access card and LAN ID.

g.

Reporting

Extract and assist to consolidate monthly reports.

h.

Collaboration

Familiar in using Microsoft Teams and Outlook for team coordination and user interaction

Familiar in using Microsoft Office (words, excel and powerpoint)

4. Requirements

a) Min 02 years of experience in administration and support of Desktop.

d) Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage.

5. Hours of Coverage

a) The requested Working Hours are between 9.00am - 6.30pm, from Mondays to Fridays.

The coverage hours exclude Sundays and Public Holidays.

6. Assumption:
Standby duty for 7 x 24 calls is not required.
