**We’re Hiring: Jackpot Officer (Cashiering Officer)**

We’re looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Jackpot Officer (Cashiering Officer) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that machines and equipment inside Jackpot are functioning.
- Players are signed in and out as per requested by the authority.
- Attend to players’ requests and needs.
- Observe and abide by the Standard Operating Procedures when doing the opening, closing, payment, and reporting.
- Facilitate weekly collection and servicing of machines.
- Ensure that the Jackpot Room is clean and safe for players.
- Uphold the Jackpot Bye-Laws.
- Attend to any tasks assigned by Jackpot Executive.

**Job Requirement**
- Secondary Level or relevant experience.
- Above 1-2 years experience in customer service.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Possess initiative.
- Team player
- Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
- 5.5 days work week (44 hours per week), Every 2 weeks 3 days off.
- Shift work (1st shift - 10am to 6.30pm or 11am to 7.30pm / 2nd shift 1.30pm to 10pm)
