**Business Overview**:

**Job Purpose**:
The QC Technician ensures that incoming and outgoing materials meet requirements and maintain records which will be used to monitor supplier performance in terms of quality and delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and test incoming raw materials, intermediates and finished goods against specifications.
- Provide support to analyze and trouble shoot products with quality issues.
- Communicate with production team (operators and supervisors), and provide specified instructions with guidance from QC Chemists for product adjustments when required.
- Maintain records of incoming & outgoing inspection.
- Perform routine internal calibration and maintenance of Laboratory equipment.
- Liaise with vendors on Maintenance, Calibration, Troubleshooting and of Laboratory equipment when required.
- Generate COA (LIMS).
- Ensure good housekeeping of the laboratory at all times.
- Assist and support other quality related activities as and when assigned.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Able to perform overtime when required.
- Possess either a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related discipline.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or GED in Chemistry or Relevant industry
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Relevant industry
