**The Position: We’re looking for a Strategy or Corporate Planning Executive**

We’re a building maintenance service provider from Singapore that recently expanded overseas, providing home cleaning, aircon servicing, tile and marble polishing, pest control and a range of other services. We’re looking for someone to document and create SOP manuals for the work processes of all office-level executives in all departments of the company. We aim to find someone who is keen to work closely with the management in improving the firm’s operations and be involved in the growth of the company. The Strategy Planning Executive will be responsible for improving efficiency through recording existing operational processes and thinking of ways to improve them.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn about the processes behind running a company. You’ll be working on a wide range of issues, which provide a good learning experience to hone your skills. You will need strong writing skills, logical thinking skills, attention to detail and high fluency in English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Periodically rotate through the work duties of executive-level staff in the sales, customer support, and billing departments
- Propose modifications for the work duties of executive staff to increase work efficiency, decrease human error and align the executive’s work duties with other departments
- Track changes in work processes and periodically update standard operating procedure manuals
- Research pricing and service trends of national and international competitors
- Create plans for implementing business strategies
- Understand and shape the company’s strategy and mission, including assisting in the planning of growth and development for specific departments
- Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance
- Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with the company’s overall business strategy
- Provide support to executive-level staff when the company undergoes significant organizational changes

**Requirements**:

- Strong logical thinking and reasoning ability
- Strong English writing ability
- Accounting / Finance / IT background can be advantageous but not required
- **Must be able to speak Mandarin**
