**Regional Marketing Manager, Emerging Markets**

In this role you will:
- Translate global marketing strategies into regional plans and tactics, driving local execution across the diverse group of countries within the Emerging Markets
- Partner with Country Marketing Managers within the region to plan and execute marketing communications that meet the objectives of the Emerging Markets region
- Align marcom strategies, campaigns, and KPIs with key Emerging Markets stakeholders and to monitor the effectiveness and results of the executions
- Be the primary driver to identify best practices across countries and to be the evangelist to share and execute these best practices amongst Emerging Markets countries
- Partner with the Global Commercial Organization as the primary point of contact for marketing communications within the Emerging Markets region
- Ensure brand guidelines are being adhered to across the region to verify for brand consistency and relevance across Emerging Markets countries
- Provide guidance and direction to country marketing teams on ensuring marcom funds are invested in the right tactics that generate the best return on investment
- Define and develop specific Emerging Markets marketing communications that meet the needs of the region
- Engage with the Emerging Markets Regional Category Heads to plan and drive the marketing communications planning and execution of key strategies within Emerging Markets
- Review country marketing communications executions and provide the relevant guidance to countries that will ensure regional marketing objectives are being met
- Proactively assess, clarify, and identify Emerging Markets consumer needs and to communicate these to the relevant internal stakeholders.
**Your Skills**
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
- Min. 7 years’ experience in marketing with an emphasis on marketing communications
- Min. 3 years’ experience in engaging with teams across multiple countries and in multiple markets
- Possess a good understanding of Emerging Markets and their unique needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with strength in communicating across different cultures
- Analytical, structured and be solutions oriented
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Ability to lead and drive intricate and detailed projects
