financial functions both at workplace and at home. Labor Solutions’ flagship product is WOVO,
a mobile phone-based worker voice and worker wellbeing tool with more than 1.5 million users
and availability in 25 countries and 19 languages.

Our client base is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a qualified **Senior ReactJS Developer**
**(4+) **to join our Tech team. In this role you will be working remotely with the Design, backend
& QA team to develop web dashboards and other tools as per the designs agreed by business.
You will also be developing the product compatible for QA automation.

**What you’ll be doing:
- Redux- Work with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly solutions
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performing- Integration of backend APIs to user-facing elements of front-end development
- Lazyload of modules, components, routes through require.js / system.js
- Maintaining high performance and compatibility across platforms and devices
- Understanding what is needed for a smooth workflow between yourself, the front
- end developers, and designers- Integrate external web services APIs.

**Who we are looking for:
- Expert & hands-on on ReactJS and ability to design & develop SPA using
- components, RxJS /Flux/Redux architecture- Proficient understanding of web mark-up, DOM including HTML5, CSS3, RWD
- using Bootstrap, Material Design, Media queries- Basic understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Proficient understanding of object-oriented client-side scripting using

Typescript, ES6 and JavaScript frameworks.

- Good understanding & hands-on in implementing unit tests
- Understands the lifecycle hooks well and ensures correct usage
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN, TFS
- Hands-on responsive design experience
- Estimate work and plan delivery schedule including tasks, milestones, and

dependencies. Monitor project progress and ensure timely publishing of status
report and quality metrics. Should be able to quickly adapt work on new
technologies based on project need
- Creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork, co-ordination, and planning, self-driven, and ability to work at
- pace in a dynamic organization.- Translate graphic visual and interactive designs into the presentation layer for

development techniques
- Work under mínimal supervision in layouts, product support, devices, methods,

or procedures Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in Web Application Design & development
- Added advantage, Good understanding & hands-on in any one of other advanced

JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as Angular, VueJS, KnockoutJS,
BackboneJS,
