**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code for our back-end services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Integrate with external data sources and APIs
- Analyze and optimize code performance and efficiency
- Implement security best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high development standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in back-end Python development
- Proficiency with Python web frameworks such as Flask, or FastAPI
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and libraries
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (Reactjs, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
- Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira)
