**Responsibilities**:

- Building, analyzing and troubleshooting custom reporting and maintaining a book of assigned cyclical tasks and customer deliverables.
- Gathering and interpreting business requirements.
- Query tuning preferably within Oracle databases, and related SQL databases.
- Manage and deliver within SLA a book of cyclical and ad-hoc customer deliverables.
- Troubleshooting and optimizing existing process flows.
- Creation and testing of new and existing cyclical workflows.
- Experience with API concepts and technologies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor's of Computer Science, Management Information systems or experience in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development or data analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Demonstrated ability to aggressively problem solve in the absence of complete information.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and understand business needs to both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Hands-on background with: Python, SQL, Relational Databases (Oracle), Git, Linux, Docker/Containers, Terraform, AWS, Gen AI
