**Responsibilities**
- Optimize code for performance and scalability, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring robust functionality
- Support team members across different areas of expertise
- Maintain clear documentation for code, processes and system design, as well as participate in code reviews to ensure coding standards and quality

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of working experience
- Proficient in Python development with a solid understanding of frameworks such as Django, Flask and evolving technologies
- Strong communication skills to interact with client managers and the development team
- Adapt to evolving technologies and frameworks to contribute to the development of web and software solutions
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Experience working on GenAI implementation in an enterprise environment
