Dementia Singapore is looking for a creative and dynamic Content Specialist to help build and grow DementiaHub.SG - an online dementia resource portal. Dementia Hub is positioned as a community-facing resource platform providing credible informational support to persons with dementia, caregivers, care practitioners and the community to navigate through the dementia journey and bring about a more dementia-inclusive society.

In this role, you get to play a proactive and pivotal support role to ideate and push for continuous improvement of the resource portal. You will be responsible for helping the team build a stronger brand and online presence through the creation and dissemination of high-quality content to captivate and engage users at all levels.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work with the content team to ideate and develop a robust cross-platform** content strategy.**:

- Provide **Editorial, Creative and Technical support** to team members.
- Be ready to roll up your sleeve to **write, edit and proofread **content and actively improve the aesthetics of content through **creative design** of infographics and other design elements.
- Brainstorm with team members to** ideate **refreshing new content topics and sources.
- **Track web analytics and SEO performance **to ascertain content engagement levels and strategize to create more site reach.
- **Build stronger relationships** with volunteer writers and industry expert reviewers to motivate more curated content. Excavate new content sources through inter-agency collaboration and **content partnerships.**:

- Work with external vendors to continuously **improve site UX and functionality** based on web analytics user insights.
- **Build brand awareness** through activities on social media.
- Experienced with **Content Asset Management **across multiple channels.
- Any other duties as & when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in social service sector is optional.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating at all levels.
- Comfortable with computers and proficient in HTML and Photoshop.
- Familiar with content marketing and proficient with distilling insights from web tracking tools such Google Analytics. Experienced with SEO optimization has prior experience with implementing a successful SEO strategy.
- Good understanding of online content creation and publishing process and proficient with WordPress.
- Creative and good art sense and has ability to develop original content that provokes engagement.
- Positive can-do attitude and able creatively problem solve when resources are limited.
- Believer in testing and is comfortable with change and ambiguity.
