Singapore Abundant Grace Presbyterian Church Full time

We are looking for a passionate and God-fearing individual with good musical foundation and with a heart to serve the church. The worship ministry pastor must have knowledge & experience in traditional and contemporary worship, the ability to lead instrumentalists and vocalists, and the passion to lead congregational worship.

You will play a key role in building the worship ministry in Abundant Grace Presbyterian Church, leading and mentoring a group of disciples through God’s Word to serve in the worship ministry.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Work and cooperate with other pastoral staff to implement a long-term vision for the growth of the church
- Pastoring the congregation and building up disciples in Christ
- Lead the church choir in practices and worship services
- Develop and mentor the worship team, caring for them, equipping them to serve and guiding them in their spiritual growth
- Work with pastoral staff and church members on special worship services such as Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas, etc.
- Preaching sermons for the worship service
- Leading fellowship and providing discipleship to members
- Provide teaching & mentoring in Sunday School

**Requirements**:

- Well versed in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with members of all ages
- Bachelor’s degree in Church Music and Theology/Divinity from recognised institutions
- Minimum 5 years’ experience serving in church worship ministry
- Good understanding of the Presbyterian style & approach towards worship
