Aldersgate Methodist Church is looking for a Children's Ministry staff to assist Pastors and Children’s Ministry coordinators to teach God’s Word with an aim to nurture spiritual growth and transformation in children from AMC Church School.

**Responsibilities**

1. Assist Pastors and Children’s Ministry Coordinators to develop and review CM programs.

2. Teaching of the Word and nurturing of children.

3. Work closely with Children’s Ministry Coordinators to review, select and develop curriculum for children.

4. Recruit, train and coordinate volunteers (welcoming, worship, teachers) for Children’s Ministry (CM) worship services, classes and events.

5. Equipping teachers and assistants with knowledge and skills both from a teaching and spiritual perspective.

6. Coordinates and provides leadership in developing and implementing an outreach ministry focused on children activities.

**Qualifications**

1. Diploma/ Degree in Theology/ Divinity or equivalent Childhood qualifications.

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with children.

3. Ability to lead, dynamic personality and creative thinker.

5. Competent in spoken and written English.
