The Sales Systems Manager is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and platform team to drive initiatives that aids in the effectiveness of sales processes. We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a fast-growing environment, and solving problems with limited oversight. You will work closely with the Sales Ops team to set the vision for how we can utilise our CRM and sales systems to improve the effectiveness and measurement of sales and business processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Platform to build content and processes
- Vendor management for sales systems
- Develop and conduct sales systems related training
- CRM system and other related sales systems set-up, support, management
- Building reports and other user-related reports for Sales force effectiveness tracking and analysis

**Qualifications**
- 7+ years experience in a technology or fast growth company setting
- A strong operational background with a track record of making data driven decisions
- Salesforce admin certification or track record of administering Salesforce CRM, Pardot or similar
- Familiarity with other lead prospecting database and sales cadence software
