Roles & Responsibilities

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Keep an overall view of the crew status onboard vessels.
- Oversee manning offices / manning agents for all manning activities.
- Review crew performance together with manning offices.
- Plan crew changes onboard vessels.
- Liaise with internal & external clients to execute crew changes in a safe, efficient & timely manner.
- Brief senior officers on crew matters, flag requirements, etc.
- Manage crew agreements (i.e. ITF CBAs and other unions).
- Liaise with various flag administrations regarding numerous flag state requirements - including issuance of flag state certificates and endorsements.
- Ensure that charterer specific/ flag specific/ company specific documents related to manning are prepared as required.
- Liaise with various agents for local immigration/labour requirement compliance.
- Manage budgetary compliance and safe manning of vessels. Ensure the wage tracker for the vessel is completed on timely basis and submitted to accounts for payout.
- Act as back-up for immediate superior and other members in Crew Department during their absence, as and when required.
**We are looking for Professionals**
- With Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in similar role in offshore crewing
- Experience handling crewing for OSV’s - DP2 AHTS & DP2 MPSV’s
- Experience handling crewing for vessels working with PETRONAS, Brunei Shell Petroleum & Shell Sarawak Bhd
With good administrative, planning and implementation skills.
- Fluency in English with good English writing skills is an added advantage.
- Computer literacy is a must.
