**Job Purpose**:
Reporting to the Head of Financial Institutions Department, this person reviews the team’s accuracy and timely processing of trades, corporate actions, static updates, billing involving the custody business.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
a) Management of the entire custody operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standard.

b) Review custody’s team processing of trades, corporate actions, static updates, MIS reporting of the custody business

c) Liaise with Head office custody team, operations team from various branches regarding custody business

d) Provide management support, drives and implement process enhancement and improvements, participate on UAT testing

e) Handle issues and requests from both internal and external stakeholders regarding custody operational enquiries

f) Performance oriented. Promote the development of custody business by working closely with Front office team.

g) Develop and train the team members to improve team’s performance and service standards
