**Your new role**
You’ll be working in the Regulatory Tax Management Team in Singapore. We provide operational tax support, custody data maintenance, custody market rules & control support (CMRC), and offer quality client services to institutional clients.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Fundamental knowledge or prior experience in custody and security services
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in IB and/or WM Ops will be of added advantage.
- Comfortable working with internal and external clients
- Motivated, self-directed and driven as well as adaptable
- Able to work independently and across teams and functions
- Able to look at things holistically and connect the dots
- Skilled at looking for ways to improve (you’re a keen observer and problem solver)
**What you'll get in return**
- Liaise with clients and custodian on the setup and documentation of the external custody account
- Perform quality control on the reference data setup and ensure compliance with the Custody market rules and control
- Provide change/system enhancement requirements to ensure the system is up-to-date with the market rules.
- Perform UAT testing to ensure system rules/logic is implemented as per expectations
- Perform investigations and support when the system is not behaving as per expectation
- Be on the lookout for ways to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controls and increase customer satisfaction.
