**Job Description**:
Your responsibilities and key expectations will include:

- Possess the ability to recruit, lead, develop and engage a high-performing team of Consumer Insights experts for our Singapore market with a strategic vision to steer the business direction and team. “Build the bench” and do the succession planning for the critical roles in the team.
- Build positive and collaborative work culture across CI teams. Establish an open culture in which team members are challenged, treated with respect and rewarded as appropriate.
- Lead and inspire the CI team to innovate, be creative and take on new challenges and ideas
- Along with the team build short-term (one year) and mid-term (3-5 years) strategic plans to ensure sustainable and profitable business growth
- Lead the team to build and maintain a healthy proposals pipeline. Closely monitor and enhance the proposal acceptance rate(conversion rate)
- Own the financial targets (P&L) and lead commercial and vertical leaders to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, profitability, speed of delivery and productivity targets.
- Provide ideas and thoughtful insights into new ideas and initiatives for clients, showing our competency, mastery and consultative influential skill.
- Implement plans that will contribute to maximum client satisfaction. Engage, develop and maintain good relationships and communication with clients to foster business opportunities as well as impactful solutions to address clients’ business issues.
- Be current with the latest developments in market research and constantly suggest refinements to existing processes and approaches.
- Work with the global commercial, practice, and product leadership to successfully launch new products in the market, support the adoption rate and leverage best practices from other markets.
- Create and drive thought leadership opportunities and content that have a revenue-generating impact and help alleviate our brand presence and credibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences or related fields
- 15+ years of experience in research and analytics with working consumer insights knowledge
- Experience managing large teams which include directors and associates
- A proactive, hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves management approach; one who has a can-do attitude and can gain credibility and command the respect of their superiors, peers and subordinates through leadership, intelligence, hard work, and presence;
- Proven track record in positively impacting client outcomes and ability to influence clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presenting to C-Suite clients.
- Intellectually curious, critical thinker and impact driven.
- Highly collaborative, open to novel ideas
