On behalf of one of its clients, an Insights & Strategy Consultancy, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for_
**_ a Data & Consumer Insights Lead._**

Our client is a leading subscription-based platform offering insights and data subscriptions to leading luxury brands across different luxury verticals, looking to gain affluent consumers’ market share.

Working with the C-suite of the worlds leading Premium and Luxury brands, this role gives the right individual an opportunity to help these brands grow their market share, by understanding consumers mindset and behaviour.

The job entails helping the operation team analyse data from Quantitative and Qualitative studies and their own research to provide valuable insights to their clients, with particular emphasis in uncovering:

- temporal trends from multi period dataset
- segments within larger sample sets
- creating personas out of several relevant variables
- incorporate alternative, external data sources, like digital and 3rd party data, into the narrative, when appropriate
- using AI sources and other data sources to augment their own data sets and offer
- design and execution of a data platform strategy, development of UX and dashboards for clients use
- execute and automate reporting and be responsible for the management of the companys data platform
- be able to manage complex structured and unstructured data
- deliver presentations to key global clients
- playing key role in sales strategies/sales support, helping BD team to articulate each research study benefits for clients
- develop a deep understanding of client expectations and data needs
- ensuring range of services, both analytical and platforms, are aligned with client needs
- collaborating with other Directors in global offices to share knowledge, resources and best practice

**Requirements**:

- Sc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Consumer Insights or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role with good data analysis / statistical skills required
- Strong analytical mind and ability to solve problems, but also a flair for storytelling to communicate to clients and bring insights to life
- Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, MarketSight, SPSS, Decipher)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of marketing research terminology and principles
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Great attention to detail
- Keen to work in a start-up environment, much more agile compared with larger and bureaucratic organizations, but which offer greater opportunities for growth
- Interested to develop an expertise in the premium / luxury sector
