As part of our exciting growth, we are hiring a **Manager **for our **Fund Services Team.
L-Bridge Capital's Fund Services Team helps Single Family Offices (SFOs) to better manage their operational functions and statutory obligations. Encompassing incorporation of VCC / fund vehicle, ongoing corporate services, reviewing NAV packs as well as tax and regulatory reporting, the team is committed to help relieve SFOs of operational and administrative tasks. Therefore, allowing them to focus on the exciting part of the business - wealth creation.

- Review accuracy of monthly / quarterly valuation packs prepared by external fund administrator and ensure that they are delivered on time
- Ensure that the NAV are prepared in accordance with client's requirement and any exception in NAV and unit prices movement are explained
- Prepare/review quarterly fund financial, investor and internal reports.
- Review and approve management accounts and assist in planning of audit engagements, including, but not limited to, understanding of the company’s business environment, assessment of key risk areas, and performance of preliminary analytical review
- Approve tax computations for submission to IRAS
- Review reports from service providers/ fund administrators and approve the NAVs
- Review fees computations and authorise payment arrangements
- Perform regulatory reporting (FATCA, CRS, IRAS)
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by CEO
- You will report to Senior Manager, Valuation Analyst.

**Requirement**:

- Degree in Accountancy and/ or with professional accountancy membership such as ACCA/ CA Singapore/ CPA Australia/ CA ANZ/ ICAEW equivalent preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience working in finance and accounting,
- Prior experience in auditing financial institutions/ fund management firm is a plus
- Prior experience in preparing/ reviewing management accounts and NAV reporting under an investment holding company/ Special Purpose Vehicle/ Singapore PTC/ Singapore VCC structure is preferred
- Prior experience in reviewing constitutional and related legal documents such as PPM, limited partnership agreement, side letters, board resolutions, sales & purchase agreement, and constitution, etc for the purpose of accounting/ audit/ operations is preferred
- Familiarity in reporting and taxation requirements in multiple jurisdictions is a plus
- Possess good understanding of fund structures such as Singapore VCC (Umbrella and Sub-Fund), Singapore PTC, Master-Feeder, etc.
- Possess good understanding in accounting for financial instruments in accordance to relevant standards in Singapore FRS
- A dynamic team player who is also able to work well independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability and willingness to mentor junior associates and are a big plus.
- Be service-oriented with a positive “can-do” attitude and a strong sense of professional accountability
- Willingness to multi-task and be involved in ad-hoc project work
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel and Macros would be advantageous
