Affiliate Marketing Manager

**Hello from Mitrade **We are a regulated FinTech company offering OTC derivatives online trading in many financial markets. We are actively looking for talents to join our Sinapore team (HQ).
**Responsibilities**:
- Recruit & lead a team of affiliate marketers to recruit new affiliates and broker partners;
- Monitoring affiliate practices & performance, maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners;
- Working together with the operations and marketing team to develop campaigns and programs for our affiliate portal and program;
- Regularly monitoring each territory's performance; compiling and submitting campaign performance reports.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in relavant fields;
- At least 3 years of direct experience as an affiliate marketer, or 2 years experience as team leader / manager of an affiliate marketing team;
- Experience in the Fintech industry and running of affiliate programs for Fintech companies
- Proven record in negotiation, affiliate sales and sales management;
- Excellent time management and project management skills;
- Strong organizational, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills;
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and work well both independently and in a team setting;
- Fluent in Mandarin is a good advantage
