The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Grow the Shopee Affiliate Programme, to expand our reach and touchpoints with users
- Oversee end-to-end affiliate partnership and operations, including onboarding new partners, manage day-to-day relationships, setting promotional vouchers, and closing invoices and payments
- Study industry trends, formulate initiatives, and craft special pushes to nudge partners towards our targets and KPIs
- Own the affiliate partner channels to manage additional brand/sponsorship collaboration opportunities
- Track and analyse the performance of existing affiliates through data-driven approach, and consequently optimise and achieve commercial objectives including costs, traffic, branding and sales
**Requirements**:
- Degree holders with prior relevant experience in affiliate marketing and/or performance marketing
- Ability to work independently, pay attention to details and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner and a cross-functional team player
- Strong data skills required, including ability to structure analysis and drive towards insights
- Good communicator with ability to concisely drive messages and influence opinions
