**About the role
**We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to help us develop and maintain the relationship with publishers, plan and track commercial campaigns and support our Affiliate Marketing vertical’s growth by improving constantly our internal processes.
In this role, you will help create, define, and refine our affiliate network marketing strategy in the APAC region, reporting to the Global Head of Affiliate and collaborating closely to the global affiliate team in Europe.
**In this Role, you’ll get to**
- Manage close relationships with publishers & networks and define dedicated commercial strategies to drive performance and hit targets.
- Analysis of performance to generate insights and determine actions plans, KPIs achievement and develop publisher’s growth.
- Come up with new and innovative ways to work with affiliate partners
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new publishers for incremental reach
- Own campaign management and distribution
**What you'll Need to Succeed**
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce/digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field preferred
- Experience with affiliate networks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, tasks, and objectives.
- Experience working cross functionally; in large corporate matrix serving multiple stakeholders.
- Quick and resourceful, good analytical skills; experience with BI tools. Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and reporting.
