Key Account Manager, Mobile Experience

**Position Summary**
1. Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy. 2. Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for achieving B2C sales targets, through establishing and building long-term relationship with customers based on good account management, mutual trust and integrity.Work with our customers’ key decision makers to grow business and at the same time drive incremental in-house market share for Samsung brand through building winning partnership, strong account penetration, conceptual selling, as well as understanding and handling their objections and operator tariff plan subsidy optimization.
- Lead joint business planning with account / channels to identify new business opportunities, achieve strong product distribution.Lead review of the joint business plans regularly with customers to identify gaps in performance targets and aligns on adjustment plans, as well as develop action plans to address gaps to performance.
- Develop a compelling partnering relationship with Telco Sales teams and Account Managers. o Establish a joint engagement plan with Telco sales for joint activities o Understand the sales teams motivation and requirements to ensure the alignment and management support is maximized o Build specific joint relationships and initiatives around strategic end user accounts o Build compelling solution value with different stakeholders in the Telco organization o Develop specific initiatives around Samsung awareness and solution focus to Telco sales teams and end clientsBuild stronger partnerships and demonstrate Samsung value.Drive product penetration, sell-in and implementation of Samsung Brand initiatives in the account / channel especially in new product launches with speed and excellence.
- Develop relationship and business initiatives with Operator Franchisees.Product and service road map of operator Telco Business Planning.
- Lead the quality planning and execution of promotional campaigns and activities to improve sales
- Ensure budget is well tracked and account receivables are collected on time
- Managing the Purchase Plan and Sales forecast accurately
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma preferably in Business or equivalent with at least 10 years of B2C experience
- Understanding of B2C business environment
- Strong product knowledge and networking skills
- Prior experience in key account management and end customer engagement
- Business acumen with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
