We are looking for a senior PMO - API with pharmaceutical background and extensive experience in operations, business excellence and system implementation. The incumbent will be responsible for project management (PMO) activities associated with the Tuas II operational readiness (OR) plan of record (POR). He / She will also be accountable for identifying the key milestones, and interdependency within and across workstreams, ensuring the on-time execution of the POR. The incumbent is to bring the workstreams leads together to facilitate workshops, and create and maintain the project POR with the help of the external scheduler.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Setup reporting cadence, gather updates from the various workstreams and report to the project leadership team the progress of activities on a weekly basis
- Work with the project scheduler to ensure the workstreams are executing as per the Primavera POR
- Coordinate weekly updates into a monthly update for sharing with project sponsors
- Facilitate project leadership team discussions and planning meetings, including proactive issue identification, escalation to appropriate decision-makers and seek resolution
- Align understanding between workstream leads, programme sponsor and project steering committee
- Act as the point of contact for the project operational readiness leader to gather the information needed to ensure POR success and to report progress as well as risks and challenges to project sponsors
- Conduct scenario planning to highlight potential risk points to relevant stakeholders

**What You Will Need to Succeed**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations, Business Excellence, PMO
- Significant years of experience working in pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business leaders to develop, implement strategies that enable the achievement of business goals
- Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills, including the ability to effectively coach leaders
- Proven organizational capability and able to influence across all levels within an organization
- Strong planning skills
- Demonstrated project management and facilitation skills
- Solid problem solving, facilitation and analytical skills
- Strong ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
