BHS is a Lifecycle Company that provides lifecycle solutions, which includes Lifecycle service and digital solutions for the complex requirements of the corrugated board industry.

**1. **Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities**:
**work allocation: 70% Sales 30% HR**

**Sales**

1. Daily business support for Asia-Pacific sales department in terms of various administrative tasks

2. Act as the contact point between sales management, other departments and external partners

3. Attend meetings take minutes and provide timely updates on the progress of the actionable items assigned to each person

4. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner including handling of confidential business information

5. Prepare sales quotations / order confirmations / contracts in SAP system

6. Maintenance of customer related master data in SAP and CRM system

7. Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly sales reports as well as sales meetings

10. Lead and manage a variety of special projects for the Sales Director at organizational level

11. Other additional duties as required.

**HR Administration**

1. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.

2. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, employee contract, working with Heads of Country, BU & Department.

3. Conduct employees onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives in addition to performance management.

5. Negotiate and organize company contracts with suppliers and third-party services.

6. General affairs, including office management to keep the working environment in proper way.

7. Other additional duties as required.
