**Job Duties**:
- Responsible for all round of Human Resources and administration functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, employee engagement and office daily operations and administration.
- Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and guidelines in compliance with labour regulations to cope with business goals and market practices.
- Responsible for HR system development and implementation of system related projects
- Perform ad-hoc projects and new initiative as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree holder in related disciplines
- 3+ years' work experience in the Human Resources and / Administration fields
- Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility with positive attitude
- Proficient in English and Chinese
