We are looking for a Chef de Partie for LES BOUCHONS, our French Brasserie Steak House
- Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with NEA Standards.
- Prepare and cook dishes in the menu according to the restaurant's standards of quality, recipe, consistency and timelines.
- Ensure all equipments are cleaned and kept properly.
- Track the inventory of the kitchen and food supplies.
- Work closely and cooperate with other staff in order to achieve the highest possible satisfaction of food items.
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested.

**REQUIREMENT**
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good kitchen experience
- Knowledge of French or Western cuisine a distinct advantage
- Good initiative and able to multi-task
- Good team player and positive working attitude
- Salary commensurate with experience

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
