**Goals**

Responsible for Strategic People topics, Learning/Development, Change management and Talent management for the Global Market Organization department with focus on the Area Asia Pacific. This includes knowledge and competence building for the employees in the assigned area, the design and implementation of specialist training and change management measures. The development and implementation of innovative communication concepts and collaboration formats. In transformation processes, topics such as employee retention, people development & leadership in change, cultural changes are implemented operationally.

This role is also part of the APAC Area Management team, driving events and activities in line with overall APAC strategies and goals with a focus on People

**Tasks**
- Identification of organizational development measures and definition of training requirements in the assigned area, including initiation of any nececessary reorganization measures
- Foster Leadership Excellence throughout the organization in line with Lufthansa Group's Leadership Compency Framework (Leadership Next Level) and objectives, through development measures, programs and appropriate use of feedback mechanisms such as 360 Feedback and Profile.
- Ensure employee engagement and satisfaction as well as positive work culture of the Commercial Sales Organisation (AG), with focus on Asia Pacific - by supporting leadership and/or derive measures, in collaboration with other departments such as HR
- Ensure Learning and Development needs are met for AG, with focus on Asia Pacific colleagues - through participation in global initiatives or conceptualization/development of regional measures.
- Support Hiring Managers in recruiting of senior executive and leadership positions
- Development and conception of learning concepts in the commercial area taking into account changed framework conditions / current process changes / new, also digital, requirements for the respective roles with the handover for operationalization of the learning journey and formats in the relevant regions
- Establishment and further development of internal communication platforms for the assigned area using social and modern media tools (e.g. MS Teams, Yammer)
- Conception, introduction and implementation of professional change management and control of transformation processes for LHG in the assigned area
- Accompanying organizational, process-related changes as well as behavioral and cultural changes in the commercial environment and consulting when resistance arises
- Representation of AG interests as well as active conceptual participation in HR projects and talent initiatives (e.g. Involve me, Globalists, Future Fit)
- Promotion of talents and internal knowledge exchange; as well as task force and skills management for projects
- Consulting, conception and moderation of large group formats or workshops for culture development and promotion of cooperation
- Design, implementation and execution of new ways of working, transparent collaboration, agile working methods and performance mgmt culture (e.g. OKR)
