Our production team is focused on craft and delivering on a creative idea while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. As a Junior Integrated Producer, you are an integral part of our success. You are responsible for all aspects of production from the agency briefing right through to delivery, all the while providing consistent, effective and innovative solutions across multiple media and project types.

As a **Junior Integrated Producer**:

- You are responsible for producing content for all mediums from TV, print, digital & social and overseeing each project from brief to delivery
- You must be familiar with line producing and be able to pull together all components for a shoot working either with internal resources or external production partners
- You must be familiar with the workflow of live streaming
- Be a photographer and/or camera operator for simple shoots in different environment and situations
- Perform simple camera and lighting set-ups and alignment and other optical effects
- Carry out basic audio recording
- Work closely with creatives to deliver a creative vision
- Work closely with account management teams to ensure on-time delivery and project profitability
- You are a creative problem solver who anticipates and troubleshoots issues that arise in any production
- You are able to guide the team throughout the entire production process
- You have good interpersonal and time management skills
- You work with the Production & Office Coordinator on upkeep on inventory and maintenance of all production equipment
- You should practice sustainable production

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 3 years experience in an agency and/or a production house
- Must know how to line produce
- Proficient in creation and management of production budgets
- A strong understanding of digital, print, content and broadcast production
- Detail oriented and solution driven with the ability to manage both agency and client expectations
