**Summary**
We are looking for a **Video Producer** who is mainly responsible for all videography duties including recording of live teachings, offline productions and company campaigns. You will plan the shots and manage video projects from conception to completion. The Video Producer will also manage the logistics and collaborate with other departments.

You are experienced in pre-production to post-production recordings and possess 1-2 years of relevant experience

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all areas of pre-production, production, post-production for video projects and social media content generation
- Prepare production schedules and call sheets
- Shoot and plan story ideas in both live and pre-recorded formats
- Edit raw footages
- Adhere to organised project management workflow and ensure timely submission of deliverables
- Other videography related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of suitable equipment to use for various kinds of filming including setting up of lighting and sound
- Knowledge of video production process
- Excellent framing and shot composition
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Excellent post-production techniques including sound editing and colour grading
- Possess strong coordination and organisation skills
- Strong time management skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor locations
