Job Title: Video Producer About the Role We are looking for a passionate and creative Video Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves capturing people, stories, and emotions through video. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that brings our brand and campaigns to life.Key Responsibilities Concept Development & StoryboardingPlan and develop video concepts based on campaign objectivesCreate clear storyboards and shot listsWork closely with the team to align creative direction Interview & On-Camera DirectionConduct on-camera interviews with founders, customers, and talentsGuide interviewees for the best performance and storytelling outcome Video Production & ShootingHandle end-to-end video shoots, including camera operation, lighting, and audioCapture dynamic footage with a strong focus on people and human momentsEnsure all shoots run smoothly and efficiently Video Editing & Post-ProductionEdit videos for various formats (short-form, long-form, social media)Add graphics, music, transitions, and colour grading to enhance video qualityDeliver polished, professional final videos Project ManagementManage timelines, production schedules, and deliverablesWork collaboratively with marketing, creative, and operations teams Requirements Proven experience in video production, shooting, and editing Strong technical skills in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) Excellent storytelling skills with a strong eye for detail Comfortable interviewing people and capturing natural, emotional moments Able to plan storyboards and translate concepts into visual narratives Self-driven, organised, and able to work under tight timelines Qualities We're Looking For Deep passion for filming people and capturing authentic human stories A creative mindset with strong visual instincts Positive attitude and strong teamwork A hunger to learn, improve, and innovate Someone who truly loves being behind the camera and creating meaningful content
