**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

You will manage all secretarial administrative tasks to associated with Piaget in Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO).

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate reservations, meals, and appointments when needed
- Coordinate and prepare content for team meetings and regional trainings
- Support in planning internal communications
- Assist in planning onboarding for New Joiners in the team
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and situational administrative requests as required

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant secretarial, executive, or administrative assistant
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong excellence in execution
- Pro-active, with good project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written English
