ArchWizard, an e-commerce start-up located in Pemimpin Industrial Building, 63 Jln Pemimpin, #03-10, Singapore 577219, is hiring for the position of E-commerce Retail Store Assistant. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and handle the company's e-commerce site and physical store.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce retail store, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.

2. Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions on the e-commerce platform.

3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.

5. Support the development of product content, including descriptions, images, and videos.

6. Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events and activities.

**Requirements**:
1. A strong interest in e-commerce and retail operations.

2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

3. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Ability to work well in a team and independently.

6. Astrong interest in e-commence and gaming industry.

7. Familiarity with Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and Virtual Reality system is a plus.

**Remuneration**:Pay $10/hr.

**Working Environment**:

4. Office/Store opening hour:
Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun: 12pm - 9pm.
