The Analyst - Assessment will be accountable for supporting and delivering high quality and effective solutions for our clients in the areas of Talent Assessment.

**What the day will look like**

Projects / Survey Products Delivery
- Deliver quality and timely work packages (client presentation documents, reports, xl sheets etc.) on assigned projects, under the guidance of Project Manager / Module Lead
- Manage survey product processes independently (ensuring high quality, timeliness and profitability targets met), including but not limited to data collection, data validation and checking.
- Work with the team and Processing Centre to develop survey product reports
- Provide timely and accurate client responses, pro-actively and upon request
- Actively participate in client discussions and contribute, as and when required
- Provide project coordination, administrative and logístical support on client projects, as requested by the Project Manager / Module Lead
- Act as Project Manager for small size projects in AAS

Sales & Business Development Support
- Manage the AAS Sales management process through the Sales Enablement connects
- Support proposal development on assigned opportunities and prepare sell sheets for products
- Pro-actively contribute to product sales e.g. survey reports, engagement solutions, selection & assessment tools etc. by conducting client research, building target client lists and active solicitation
- Timely completion of opportunities and proposals processes (Aon Connect)

Research & Analytics
- Analyse data from multiple sources, including drawing correlations between different data sets
- Develop meaningful insights and presentable charts for client purposes
- Contribute to white papers via primary and secondary research

Branding & Marketing
- Support Aon marketing events like Best Employers, sponsored round tables etc. including, conducting client research, building target client lists and active solicitation
- Follow up on Aon branding and marketing activities to support generation of business leads and sales opportunities

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Psychology, Economics, Statistics or Finance) holder from a renowned university Experience in statistics, finance, research or human resources field will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work as an integral part of a team (across offices), fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as work independently or with mínimal direction
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Critical and innovative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills, detail oriented
- Articulate and possess excellent command in written & spoken English
- Experience in regression analysis/statistics
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
- Adaptability - quick learner
- Mature and professional demeanor, and a positive attitude
- Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Develop data analytics skills to share client insights
