**Primary responsibilities**
- Support the Head of International Franchising & Wholesale in ensuring optimum performance of International franchisee by accurately analyzing sales and taking appropriate actions
- Implement the correct replenishment method for each franchisee and constantly evaluating throughout the season
- Work with both franchise partners and the Merchandising team to ensure product selection for the overseas markets are relevant and tailored for the local market
- Ensure timely issuance of invoice and packing list to Franchisee
- Liaise with Franchisee for payment before delivery
- Liaise with Collection, Merchandising and Warehouse departments for the receiving and outgoing of shipment
- Prepare invoice and packing lists to Franchisees
- Prepare all shipping documents for delivery of goods
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to Franchisees
- Prepare payment vouchers for A/Cs department (Telegraphic Transfer)
- Send barcode labels to suppliers
- Assist Collection Team to key Purchase Order for Franchisees after every buying meeting

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Merchandising/Fashion Design/Retail
- At least 2 - 3 years relevant experience in retail industry
- Good communication skills across all levels
- Excellent organization and presentation skills
- Comfortable with numbers and analyses
- Experienced Merchandiser are welcome to apply
- Remuneration package will be based on experience
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice
