We’re looking to add a **FP&A Senior /Analyst**. The position will be based in our site office in Marsiling.

**As a FP&A Senior /Analyst, you will**:
Financial and management reporting and analysis of the group covering manufacturing plants in Asia
- Assist on Group financial consolidation and reporting to HQ
- Perform financial analysis on past data to understand the root causes of major variances
- Analyse manufacturing variances, factory expenses, profitability and other KPIs, among sites to formulate action plan for profit optimisation with relevant stakeholders, and track the execution and results
- Compilation and analysis of consolidated budgets, and monthly forecasting of the Group
- Prepare Group Monthly Business Review Report, including relevant analysis, for management discussion
- Participate in quarterly working capital tracking and management, including inventory analysis, AR and AP monitoring
- Participate in implementation and improvement of management reporting system
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor, such as DCF modeling etc.

**What skills and experiences are we looking for?**
- Bachelor Degree’s in Accountancy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in covering financial analysis, with manufacturing experience a must and consolidation experience preferred.
- Hands-on, and possess Can-do and Persistent attitudes to seek relentless improvement.
- Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills, and SAP experience preferred.
