**Job Purpose**:
This position plays a critical role in the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function of TD Synnex in the APJ region. You will lead the FP&A process and ensure the APJ teams deliver timely reporting in accordance with corporate timelines and requirements.
This position shall report into the Regional FP&A Finance Director and work closely with Finance leaders and team members in APJ.

- FP&A consolidation and review of monthly business performance for the APJ region, delivering the Monthly Management Performance Review databook.
- Timely and accurate monthly reporting of the business performance with key variances analysis for Year over Year and Forecast/Budget comparisons.
- Identify performance variances (for all P/L line items) to forecast, budget, and prior-year, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage a senior FP&A analyst based in Malaysia.
- Partner directly with the FP&A COE team (in Malaysia), in country finance teams and corporate FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Liaise with accounting team on any month end closing issues.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Close collaboration with the Corporate FP&A teams in US and aligning with the corporate policy, process/procedures and TM1 system related support.
- Serve as a conduit to the business teams on the one hand and Corporate teams on the other to bridge and translate corporate requirements into Business Unit metrics/deliverables.
- Manage the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting/outlook process for the organization by setting and communicating clear goals
- Provide FP&A support to the business teams on projects and initiatives, including scenario modeling, executive presentation, Q&A support, and ad hoc analysis to the finance teams.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
**Knowledge, S **kills and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree and more than ten years of experience in FP&A, finance or related area, with 3 to 5 years’ of managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles
- Skilled in developing financial reports and metrics
- Has strong attention for detail while maintaining a view of the big picture
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various management levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and adapt to a changing, fast-paced matrix environment
- Strong SAP knowledge, data mining skills, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of TM1 is an added advantage.
